ADA Compliant Shuttle Services
Case Study: WMATA Abilities Ride Transportation Services
We are contracted with the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) to provide ADA compliant shuttle services to MetroAccess-eligible individuals. This program is responsible for 2 million trips annually within the MetroAccess service area. We provide ADA-compliant shuttles, supervision, drivers, scheduling, and dispatching trips. There have not been any safety incidents or service failures associated with this contract to date.

The Children’s Guild Alliance
We are contracted with the Children’s Guild Alliance to provide school bus services for The Children’s Guild DC Public Charter School. We supply yellow school busses, staffed with a project manager, services coordinator, bus drivers, and monitors. We also routinely meet with leadership to ensure service delivery is above reproach. We work with transportation representatives to address unforeseen school schedule fluctuations, sick children, parent no-shows, and behavioral issues.

Case Study: WMATA Shuttle Bus Services
We are contracted to provide ADA compliant vehicles to fulfill the directed work program supporting WMATA projects during all hours of Metrorail operation. We operate ADA-compliant shuttle buses for employees and customers across 91 Metrorail stations located throughout the Washington, D.C. area. We also work in partnership with WMATA, remaining flexible as requirements change. In addition, we frequently meet with the leadership of the bus planning team to meet the needs according to the scope of the work.
